whats the EGR cost to replace..................and difficulty.......on replacement...............do I have to remove the fuel rails.....J/K :lol

 

I was able to pick up a Motorcraft EGR valve for $65. Install is simple, 2-3 bolts, one vacuum hose and the big egr tube nut (make sure you have about 1 1/8 or 1 1/4 box end wrench).

Of course you have to remove the fuel rails, it makes any job easier. I remove my fuel rails before I fill-up the tank, it lets the pressure out and no more more hiss when I crack the gas cap. JK LOL
