Question Neo Oil vs. Amsoil?

Any input on "Neo" Oil? I use and like Amsoil 2000 series
and someone was discussing the benefits of this Neo
oil . They were under the assumption that Amsoil was not / is not
100 synthetic ( I mean, the synthetic Amsoil is not...)

I cannot search for Neo here as it is under the four character
limit, so nothing comes up.

Thanks for any help.

As far as Amsoil not Being 100% synthetic who told you that? Series 2000 oils are the best, and are a blend of all synthetic basestocks.

Amsoil has recently changed basestocks in their XL7500 line to a group III. The reason being to compete in the Quick-Lube market with the likes of pennzoil, quakerstate, castrol syntec. All of the mentioned lubes say they are synthetic but use the now famous group III-synthetic terms.

NEO, is a great oil, if you can find it. I believe they use some of the same technology that Amsoil uses in their ASL/ATM (25,000) oils.

There are no companies that currently use the technology of the Series 2000 lubes. They use an additive package out of europe combined with an even higher quality basestock.
