Radiator help please!!!
I know this has been beat to death, but save me from having to read all the posts please......My dealer wants to help with the radiator problem on my SuperCrew, however he needs to find, in writing, exactly which radiator I am supposed to have with my class III tow package.
The sales brochure and factory spec sheet states the heavy duty radiator comes with the tow pack. The cooling system specs on fordtraining.com states super cooling on a 5.4 should have 1.42" radiator. But nowhere does it tie the two togeather!!!!
You would think common sense would prevail, but since it doesn't, where does it say the the class III tow pack should have the super cooling radiator that is the 1.42"?
Thanks,

I think Ford removed the "Supercooling" from the tow package description on their website due to all of this. If you read the one long thread *ahem* Asuscrew asked that already and a little further down whitengray offers a copy of it.

Actually, supercooling is still there.
It just no longer says "Radiator Upgrade"
next to it in brackets.

Pinecone- If they give you those lawyer-type questions give them a lawyer-type response. Ask them: If your truck has every towing and cooling option, why do they make and have part numbers for larger radiators?
