Question radiator noises

My 99 ORP with the 5.4 and 70,000 miles has started to make some funny noises. When I shut the truck off, you can hear a bubbling noise from the front of the truck. I have assumed that this is coming from the radiator. Also, whenever I get out of the truck after it has been running, I hear a funny noise when I slam the door. The only way that I know how to describe is like icicles falling down and crushing. I know that that sounds stupid, but that is the best way to describe it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hard to tell what the prob. is.
Once the engine shuts off you will hear the oil returing to the pan... kind of a sharp dripping sound on aluminum...???

as for the bubbling sound... Maybe a slight crack in the radiator???

How the running temp?

Sorry, only guess from me.

Good luck!!!

temp

The temp gauge stays normal all of the time. I haven't watched the coolant level very closely, but it seems as if it might have a very slow leak.
