Wrong Radiator
I found out about the problem from this web site and called my salesperson, Dean Swingle at Extreme Ford in Kansas City, Mo. on May 24, 2001. He said he wasn't aware of the problem, but he would talk to the service manager to see if he knew anything about it. Dean called me back to tell me that they didn't know anything about it so I gave him this web site address. The next day Dean called me to tell me that they were looking into it and that he would let me know what they could do. I got a call from Dean this morning, Tuesday May 29,2000 and he told me that they had ordered the correct radiator and he would call me when it comes in. Hopefully this will work out. There are some good sales people and good dealerships that are willing to do what it takes to make it right.
