Resetting Check engine light

On a F150 Supercrew - how do you reset the "check engine" light?

Per Autozone (They "ran" a diagnostic), I had a "Fuel Flow Restriction Malfunction" and would have to take it to the dealer. Before I did that I replaced the fuel filter and ran a bottle of Berryman's Fuel injector cleaner through. The hesitation I was experiencing seems to have gone away - wanted to clear the light and see if it had.

You can use an OBD-II scanner or remove the negative battery lead. If you disconnect the battery, leave it off for about 15 minutes to help insure the computer loses all memory of this little incident.

Might be a silly question, but do you know what caused it ?

I wondered myself, but I don't suspect we'll know.
