Post inline six troubles

Installed a 390 cfm four barrel carb on my 300 inline six on my 1980 F150 and now I have a serious exhaust leak. I cannot see interferance between intake and exhaust manifolds. I feel the leak at the front header center pipe. ANy suggestions.

Have four fords. To many mods to mention. 1998 F150 4X4 extended cab, 1980 F150 4X4 longbed, 1966 F100 Custom and a 1966 Fastback Mustang.

It might be cracked or broken. Had an exaust manifold crack all way around the tube on my old car. I figured it had to be the exhaust manifold but my step dad thought otherwise. Replaced quite a bit of the exhaust system before we decided to check it.
