Question Nitrous yes or no?

looking at geting some nitrous wanted to know if the 98 5.4 could handle a 75hp shot dry system.

Hey Tally,
woun't it be close? The 98's don't have the PI heads and so engine has a lower HP rating. Injectors are still the same 19lbs. though, I believe.
A wet system has the correct amount of fuel with the nitrous shot.

A dry Nitrous system is one that uses Nitrous only injected into the intake trak. The ECM then makes up for the lean condition by adding more fuel through the injectors. A wet system is one that injects nitrous and fuel into the intake trak. This does not require the fuel system to make up as much for the lean condition started by the Nitrous. I hope this helps to define a wet or dry system and its basic operation.
