Helix Power Tower
has anyone heard of or has a Helix power tower? i think its a throttle body spacer. is it a good product? if anyone has info about this let me know.

I have never put in a T/B Spacer due to the mixed reviews it gets ( in general, not this brand spec. ).
I think jefflaws has ( had ) one on his truck, he might be able to tell you if it did anything .
I think the bulk of the neg have been towards added noise, and no help.
I just looked at the mod list you are planning. If you are going with the S/C you might not want to do anything with the intake system, until this is done.
Any money spent now, might not be reusable depending on which S/C you go with.
Once you have the S/C selected, then you could look into any additional intake / T/B mods to augment this.
