Question exhaust issues

I have a bud here at work who just purchased a 97 ext cab 4x4 with 103,000 miles on it and he has the old style exhaust system, he thinks the dealer will change it because of the problems they had with it and there was tsb. also. What do you guys (and gals) think his chances are?? i feel slim at best.

buckdropper,

It will depend on the dealer. If Ford is willing to pay then the chances are good. BTW, my Borla exhaust comes out in front of the rear wheel. I think it looks nicer that way.
