Performance mods for a 4.6L??
I want to know what everyone else has done to their 4.6L motors to give them more power.
My brother has a 99 F-150 4.6L with 3.08LS gears & auto.He currently has a SuperChip(thanks to Mike), and a helix power tower. Besides changing gear ratios, what mods do you all suggest??

For starters, I would suggest having him do the same basic mods that you've done to your truck, as the 4.6 responds to those same basic types of modifications as well as the 5.4 motor does.
Since he's already done the Superchip, then it's time for one of the airbox elimination kits, and a good cat-back exhaust. Then from there it's overdrive pulleys, headers, and converting over to electric cooling fans, for most people, and we'd advise going basically along those lines for your brother as well.
