Which side are the head oil leaks happening on? Driver or passenger side?
Is it all 5.4 and some 4.6 also that may be in jeopardy?

same here, 99, 4.6 romeo, passenger side leak.

 

I have an 01 4.2 it had a leaky head gasket drivers side. They replaced the gasket and head.

 

I have a 99 5.4L with the passenger head leaked first and at the short latter time the driver side oil is seeping thru the gasket at about 50K miles. Now at 83K miles the driver side engine block is wet (not dripping yet) and the passenger side is dripping on to the exhaust pipe.

 

My 99 4.6 is leaking passenger side.

 

Passenger side for me (99 Expy 5.4L), however the bad gasket likely is leaking on the driver side too, since it's the exact same head, just reversed.

You wouldn't see the driver's side leak hit the pavement however, since there is a cover (timing?) that seals over that external area on the driver's side; the leak would just drip back down into the engine, I believe.
