k&n fipk2

k&n fipk2

i have f-150 with 4.6 engine non-PI heads and i was wondering would i see a diffence if i installed fipk2?

Yes. You can feel a difference. But don't expect a miracle. Match that with a Superchip, and then your talkin' about a big difference.

Air intake systems don't really give you that much difference that you can feel. They just sound cool more that anything else. As stated on the above post, the chip is a more noticeable mod. Or the combination of both.

The FIPK2 improved my throttle responce in addition to the noise.My engine has been smoother on acceleration. as for horsepower.... maybe a few ponies.

Just modify your OE airbox and slip in a K&N. Much cheaper than the fipk solutions and offers the same performance.

well already have k&n filter so i might give it a shot

Had both an OE replacment K&N and the FIPK2, there is a difference. At least in my 4.6ltr.
