Question Heavy Duty Electrical/Cooling Pkg

Let's say I was buying a new F150 with a 4.6L and a manual transmission.
If I wanted to buy the Heavy Duty Electrical/Cooling Pkg for $210, would Ford try to stop me?

The package includes:
Heavy Duty Battery (if I got the V6) NOPE!
Heavy Duty Alternator (if I got the V6) NOPE!
Auxiliary transmission-oil cooler (if I got the Auto) NOPE!
Engine oil cooler (if I got the 5.4L) NOPE!

well, that only leaves.....
Super Engine Cooling for only $210

Another interesting note:
From 1997 to 2000 the Tow Pkg (includes cooling pkg) was:
INVOICE $340 MSRP $400

In 2001 the Tow Package was reduced to
INVOICE $298 MSRP $350

***HOWEVER***
The HD Elec/Cooling Pkg has remained the same
INVOICE $178 MSRP $210

I can appreciate that.
Tow pkg = $350
7-wire trailer harness
trailer hitch
heavy duty shocks
That would be $140 + HD Elec/Cool pkg for $210 = $350

The Tow pkg items are OK because I can 'see' those things.
Just wondering what I would 'see' with the configuration in my first post considering that Super Engine Cooling was in fact costing me $210.
