Hey sorry to bother you again. As you know I my dealer ordered me new raditor 1.42". He said ford changed to production but since it doesn't state it in literature I will be getting the one I paid for. My question for you is Do they put a larger tank to hold the more radiator fluid (25.5L). That is my one concern. Thanks for all your help and How long do you think It will take before the dealer gets the raditor in? You been a big help and sorry to bother you again

The tanks on my rad are wider, but thinner, I don't know if the tanks themselfs hold more.The bigger tubes on the 1.42" will hold more coolant than the 1.02". the standard cooling system holds 20.6 qts and the HD cooling 23.1qts. This is on a 4.6.From the soure book.I forget the metic conversion to litres.
