I bought my f-150 4.6l 4x4 in may 2000. I was fighting with my dealer since 2 years for my wrong radiator. So I decide to change and see an other dealer. I found that my option was never registered at Ford center. That's why nobody was listen to me. So now they send me my letter to change my rad.
But I don't know if I have the good alternator, suspension, and the battery that I suppose to have in my truck. Do someone knows the parts number for those items? Any help will be appreciate. Thanks yamyam

 

Did you have the 7700 package for towing???Well anyhow i had a 4.6 and just took the 100 bucks....Make sure it has the 12 row trans cooler,600 something battery and not the 545 cca battery and you should be good to go.As for the alternator is the same and so is the suspenion...


I just bought a 2002 screw5.4 4x4 and its an offroad and the morons at dealers ship "sales manager" didnt order it with a hitch.. I personally like the hitch because you can throw the receiver in and not worry about getting *** packed and hurting your truck and put a hole either in the person who hit you bumper or grill...Happened to me 2 times.........

That is the main reason I have a hitch in, all these damn little ricers kinda bash their way into a spot, that hitch changes their minds real fast. I thought that the Tow Package does come with a larger Alternator and the suspension has larger shocks.
