Post Engine Sensors

My check engine light came on, so i take it to the dealer. They tell me it is a sensor he said something about emission or something like that. I just wanted to know if anyone knows how many of these sensor a 4.6 liter triton contains and were are they located. I was kind of mad because i purchased the truck used, so naturally I boought the Extended service plan. A plan that does'nt cover emmision. I thought it covered everything. I feel like I waisted a thousand dollars

If I remember correctly, the "emmisions" components are covered for 5/75,000. Not an option for the dealers to deny it either, government mandated. Check your owners manual or go to ownerconnection.com (Fords site) and click on glovebox. I have been waiting for the site to come up, but it's not loading.
BTW, glad to help with the water in the tailpipe.
