I'm finally about to put the motor back in my truck. Thing is, I have this nice new JBA's to put in too. So my question is this. How should I put this back together.

a.) Put the motor in, then the headers.

b.) Put the headers on the motor then drop the motor in.

c.) Put the headers on the cat pipe, then drop the motor in.

Any advice based on experience is welcome. Thanks.

 

I think it's best to put the headers on the engine and then drop it in. Good luck to ya.

 

My experience putting the headers on with the engine in place was a pain in the arsce!! If you have the room put them on first.
