Swaping engins from an 82 to a 86 F150

Swaping engins from an 82 to a 86 F150
is there anyone who can tell me weather or not i can just bolt over the 302 out of my 1982 F150 2wd to my 1986 F150 XLT Larit 4X4. the 4X4 does have a 302 in it but its injected and my other one is not. if it does not just bolt over what all has to be done

I have done this. You'll have to change the intake & distributer if you want to keep the computer. Everything else bolts on. Keep the 82 flexplate. If you wanna do carb, you'll have to loose the in-tank fuel pump, retube the engine driven pump & change the wiring some. Also, pull the check engine bulb.
