Post Mustang GT pulleys on 4.6?

Kind of a weird question, but an ex girlfriend of mine has a set of aftermarket pully's for her 96 Mustang GT 4.6L. She said if they fit my truck I can have them for free. DO you think they will fit since they are both Ford 4.6's? Let me know any info.
Thanks Andrew

Question

I've asked that before and got the answer " I don't see why not" You can try it your belt may be a lil too big so what i've seen wah put 90mph tape one of the pulleys to make up some of the gap....Sorry if it wasn't exactly what you were looking for!!

My 97 F-150 has an 8 rib belt. The Mustang has 6 rib. The truck belt is wider by two ribs.

It will work if you go to a six rib belt. If they are ASP pulleys you can give them a call and they will give you the belt number. Toll free 877 928 8678

------------------
97 4.6 F150, 1/8 = 10.885 @ 64.10 mph, 88 347 Mustang 1/8 = 6.676 @ 100.52 mph
