Question Need a little help

OK,, I have a 98 F-150 ORP.. It has close to 100,000 miles and I have changed the oil every 3,000 miles, fuel filter was changed about 2 years ago along with the plugs.. Lately she has been hesitating on acceleration but it doesn't seem to miss while ideling. I have the original plug wires on it, belt, coil and things that should be changed.. My engine light is not on, I fixed that by cleaning the MAF sensor" thanks to you all for that easy fix". I also have the original O2 sensors.. I do mostly around town driving except for hunting season, and fly fishing season which is now getting into full swing.. I would appreciate any input on this situation.. I am pretty good at repairing things as long as it is not too, too complictated. Thanks to all, and have a good one.
