2 strokes

I was reading an artical I came across and it stated that by running a 2 stroke mixture for fuel, the burning oil will expand more giving you a slight increase in compression ratio. I have never heard this before, does anyone know if it is true. It would seem to me that the oil might be able to damage the injectors. Any input.

It may just do that. But then you're also right about the injectors, and dont' forget about fouled plugs......

e...m....i...s...s...i....o...n....s What are they??? Auctually the only law we have around here is that you have a muffler (not enforced) so emissions aren't an issue.

And anyhow it gives the chevy guys the thought "look at that oil burner"

Hmmmm, I gotta wonder what that 2 stroke oil would do to the catalytic converters? It might smoke more than you expect, might be more like a cropduster.
