First let me congradulate the peps on this site i am new to it and so far have enjoyed reading the post on the trucks. Have a question about performance of the 2002 5.4? I have a 2002 5.4 reg. cab shortbed that is bone stock w/ 3.55s. Usually i stick with racing my car but while im collecting the parts to get the racecar going i decided to run the truck last night. With 690 miles and full street trim XLT with full tank of fuel, and my big 300lbs butt. truck went best of 10.390 @ 66.99 w/ 2.335 60' is this about normal? I had a 2000 4.6 shortbed reg. cab but it only ran 10.803 but at 66.57 it was also bone stock but had about 993 miles on it when i ran it w/ full fuel, but it was only an XL model. Anyways wanted to get a baseline before i put a true dual setup on it to see if that makes much diffrence. Well, keep up the good work congrats guys on keeping the chat on the up and up and not ******* on peps like happens in some of the racing sites.
