Redline

Ièm sure this has been covered before, but Iève had no luck finding it.

Being that the new F-150ès have no REDLINE on the tach, if there was one, where would it be (question mark)

Sorry, my question mark key is not working.

Thanks in advance

Redline

Thier really is not a redline onour F150s. More like a rev limiter,
Anyway, it's limit should be around the low 5000's. Check it your self by putting the shifter in 1st and press the the accelerator until the tach starts to bang up and down.
Tachometers are not accurate but close enough.

Thanks for your help, but since I had a Diablo performance chip installed, my rev limiter is now gone.

Cool

HI!... Your "REV" limiter is still there even with a chip. The chip eliminates the "TOP SPEED" limiter not the "REV" limiter. The chip WILL raise the "REV" limiter but not remove it.
