harmonic balancer / serpentine belt pulley
Just had the pulley on my harmonic balancer bust off.
Tore the heads off 3 of the 4 bolts.
This pulley turns the serpentine belt system !!!!!!!
Lost power steering, heater, battery power, alternator, cooling system.
Guys at the Ford dealership says this is becoming quite common
Of course, you can't buy just the pulley, had to buy the whole balancer / pulley !
Cost me 600.00 bucks
Watch out for this problem !
