Engine HP

I'm new to this forum and have a question.
Did Ford increase the HP of the 4.6 V8 in 1999 over previous years? If so how much more? Thanks. BTW this site looks like a real nice place to talk about FORD trucks!!!

HI!... WELCOME to F-150 ONLINE!!!!!! From "97" - "2000" all 4.6's in the F-150's were 220H.P. From 2001 to current 4.6's are 231H.P

Hey Neal, while your at it you wouldn't happen to know the stock hp of an 88 460. I have looked everywhere and can't find it.
