Nothing wrong with MN being a Chev owner. I had a Chev1500 before the F150. I see a lot of sigs where the second and third family vehicles are not Fords. I see Durangos, 300m's, Maxima's and so on.

Our second vehicle is a Focus, that replaced a RAV4. When the lease is up on the Focus, we are considering the Jeep Liberty or Dakota Quadcab (but I get to keep the F150).

I think the only real rule here is non-F150 owners can't show up and slam our trucks. I think we can slam our own trucks when we have justified complaints (door cracks, piston slap, coolant leaks)

macgyver..by definition (distrusful of human nature) i am cynical. long and short of it is i run my own business and use to be real into street racing - i give everyone a second look and when it comes to cars and money , everyone is fudging a little.
just because life is short is no reason to not say what you want .

well i've ran several of my own . i am presently a service manager of an R.V. dealership . have been at other dealerships . been lead man on many construction crews and on a line building boats at bayliner . i say what i mean and i tell it straight ,if you like it or not . i will and can jump right in with both feet without hesitation . but i've found out over the years that life is to short just to go around pissin in the wind at everyone . that only makes life harder . your more then welcome to state your piece all you like . as am i . or anyone else for that matter . doesn't mean we have to like it or agree with it . i for one still have a hope that life is good even though i am constantly reminded it isn't and yes i to know human nature but i try to see the good in people not the bad. i could be as cynical as you dave in a heart beat but i've seen it ruin to many people's lives , including my own . thats why i choose not to be and i will be the first one to jump in when i see it happening towards others that didn't ask for it . again , that's just me . you can like me or not . doesn't matter either way .

If they drive a Chevy or a dodge and don't bash FORD I don't have a problem with it. Hell way back when I first joined this site I was driving a 96 mustang GT just thinking about getting a F150 or another GT and well about 6 months after joining i bought my truck. So this site is great place to get info on these trucks for anyone who might be thinking of getting one thats my .02 cents worth.

whatever macgeyvor..i have seen you jump in on a many of pissing contest. lets aleast keep it to trucks and cars and not life philosify. You live yours, i'll live mine.
i got nothing against you either, i pop in occasionaly to question someone, would you like me better if i popped in ALL the time to tell you how great i am? or how hard i work? or how what i own is the best? i know i am being cynical again, i guess eveyone reads this sight for different reasons. i like the ideal of new ideals, buying a ford because it is the best truck, not because my daddy drove them. i should be able to tell people what i like as well as what i dont like. seem to me that if you dont like something about the ford some poeple here get pissed off which leads to threads like this one that question who can and can not post here. sorry if it came across wrong.
you might want to advice some of the people on that lifting the body thread, a whole lot of "pissing in the wind" going on there
