Question

Forgive me all! I need to talk to this guy 36racin -- I went so far as to call a dealer in his town today -- unfortunatly --a BIG dealer -- one high note-- southern people tend to be more courteous-- The service mgr. called me back and spoke to me (at his cost for 25 minutes) ---big dealer -- Could not identify 36racin-- so I want to keep this near the top---

Unhappy

Karl,
Not replaced yet. I really want to hear from this 36racin guy. He started the rough idle thread, and his problem has seemed exactly like mine. It is like he went christmas shopping and never came home!!

Thumbs up

I'm in!
Mark I got your exact problem with the rough idle too. Dealer looked up some tsbs reprogrammed my truck and I'm happy to report I still have the problem and my gas milage is about 10 highway and 6 city. Gotta love the 5.4L. It does have some snap though, I just don't dare touch the pedal!
F150online is tops I have learned so much here I am beginning to scare my dealer.
Hang tough and lets not forget that information is the key, so lets keep on sharing.

My father once told me "Never lean on another mans truck!"

Talking

Great -- 36racin has contacted me-- I will keep everyone informed as to the results.
Truckowner-- If thats the mileage you are getting -- THERE IS SOMETHING REALLY BAD WRONG -- or you have a very heavy foot!!
To say you really love the truck and say you get 6-10 MPG in the same statment -- WOW --
