What to do with $800?

I have about $800 to spend on my 1998 triton v8 5.4 liter extended cab.(with no upgrades) What do you'll reccomend me spending my $800 dollars on to make it more powerful and add horsepower?

I've got 4 shiny stickers and a coffee can exhaust tip guaranteed to give you 60 more horsepower...only $800.
