I was just at ASP's web site & looked up the Power pulley for my truck. It is a 2 pulley set. There is a 3 pulley set but it is for the 4.6 Mustang.
Both have the same % reduction 25% for the harmonic & 26% for the WP. 8% for the alt.
What is the difference beside the RPM being lower for the 2 pulley set?
Can I get the 3 pulley set & install it?
Are they the same? It sounds like it to me...They are the same price..

Anyone know? : )

The set I got from Ford Racing for my '95 was a Mustang part, but hard a cross reference number for the trucks. It may be that the trucks require higher alternator RPM to maintain a charge.
The set I have didn't give reduction percentages, but had a smaller alt. pulley to compensate for the lower belt speed caused by the smaller main.
Either way, if the cost is the same I would get the three piece set. If the larger alternator pulley kills your charge, you can just put the stocker back on. The only thing you really have to loose is the possible cost of a belt.

I saw a reply from you when I posted the e-fan or pulley question & I went to Ford racing website but could not find the 3 pulley set you said you had. Where did you get these from?

I have the three piece set from Steeda (uses Mustang belt). No problems with charging, whatsoever.
