I am posting this here as well as the electrical posts because this is the most used forum.
My truck did not come with a tach in the dash. If I get a gage cluster from the same year with a tach and install it in my truck, will the tach work??

 

i think they make them pretty much the same whether it is an xl or xlt. the plug-in should have the right wires there already.
