I changed my plugs at about 29,000. I was installing a blower so I figured that would be a good time. It makes it a ton easier to do it with the intake manifold off!

I have another question to add here, if you don't mind. I would like to get new coil packs and wires. I was thinking of going with Accel 300+ wires. I have only seen one coil pack offerd by Accel. Anyone know if Accel is the one to go with? I want to be able to get the most out of the blower.
Thanks!
Tom

For what it's worth...A mechanic-friend of mine said that when the plugs are left in the heads for 100K sometimes they're very difficult to remove. He's had heads where the aluminum threads were all screwed-up from leaving them in for so many miles. That's one man's opinion, but I'm gonna change mine at 50K or so.

I check mine every 20K miles and use Permatex Anti-Seize on the threads when putting them back.
