Post Shorty Headers

What is the difference between regular and shorty headers? Besides the easy of installation thanks.

The biggest difference between shorty headers and normal headers is this. The shorties can bolt right up to your existing exhaust system 99% of the time. You just pull the old manifolds off and put the headers on with no modification to your current exhaust sytem. Which wouldn't void your warranty with most applications. And with all the good header types out there the shorties even have equal length tubes as well, for you power overlap in your v-8s. I have installed shorties on several of my past trucks and will again soon in my new truck. I have never had any problems with them as well, just go with the ceramic coating, lasts longer and keeps the heat out of the engine compartment better. Just my .02 worth

How do you like your Z33's. Did you feel any gains? How do you like the sound? I just installed JBA shorty headers on my truck it was a Job.

I like the sound. Not to loud when idleing or passing a cop, but nice when you romp on it. I would like to get some headers though becuase (performance also) I would like them to be a little louder. I think there is a performance gain nothing outstanding, but Ive noticed little things and haven't changed my driving at all.
