Question Please Help with Noise

My ride is a 00 F-150 4.6 2wd 5speed . I am at my wits end.My problem is my truck has a squeeling noise on cold startup only(below 32F and the truck is cold). The noise only lasts a few seconds. The dealer has changed the starter twice, the alternator, the serpentine belt, the idler pulley and the belt tensioner and still the noise is there.
Can anyone out there help as it is getting really annoying going back and forth to the dealer with no luck.

Cool

Update:
The truck has been at the dealer for the last 2 week.I called Thursday to see if they had found anything. The service manager said they have been talking back and forth with Ford Canada ,have has the valve covers off, and have not been able to find the problem, soooooo I am getting a complete new engine. I could not believe my ears!! Does Ford replace engines that easily ?? Anyone know the cost of a new engine?? I was told it is on its way and the truck should be ready by the end of next week.
