I HAVE 97 WITH 4.6 AUTOMATIC. IS IT WORTH IT TO PUT HEADERS ON? WHAT KIND OF HP/TORQUE IMPROVEMENT AM I LOOKING AT? AND SHOULD I PAY SOMEONE TO DO THEM OR DO THEM MYSELF? THANKS FOR ANY INPUT.

 

Welcome !! Headers work well, but they're about 6th down on the list IMO. You can get the HP "claims" on their websites. Expect busted knuckles and bring bandaids.

 

ya, it definitly depends on what kind of mods you have already. if you are stock i would suggest you get the basic three.

then see where you stand. you may not even want to go any farther performance wise after those mods. good luck.
