Post MAF cleaning

Which is the best and safest way to clean the MAF sensor without risking any damage? Brake cleaner.. Windex with a Q-tip...or electrical contact cleaner?

Cool

Pro-flow a large mfgr of MAF units recommends Q-tips and windex; that's good enough for me. Good luck. Some chemicals are harsh on coatings and sensors.
