traction bars

Can anyone recomend a set of traction bars for a 99 F-150, with the 9.75 rear 2wd. I was told that the Lakewoods (in JEGS) won't fit. ANybody know why? I don't want to spend the big bucks on the ladder bar types if I don't have to. thanks for the info.

Hey Neal, will these work with a 2000 Shortbox flareside with the 3.55 4X4 setup?

HI!... KIKI : I'm not sure about a 4x4. I designed them for my "99" 5.4 , reg-cab, sb, ss, 4x2. I see your in LONDON. If you have some time, stop down here in WINDSOR, and I can build a set just for your truck. These are "HPP" (holeshot performance products) traction bars. Soon to be "NPP" (newman performance products) E-MAIL me. (lower SIG)

Mark,

You might check out some of the various traction bars offered by the various Lightning tuners.

www.powersurgeperformance.net has slapper style as well as adjustable units.

www.lightningforceperformance.com Rancho setup with gusseted frame mounts and Metco upper link units

www.teamjdm.com Similar Rancho setup.

Pardon the pun, but they all pretty much Bolt right up.

Bob
