Post 5.4L Spark Plug Change

I've seen posts regarding challenges in changing plugs on the 4.6L. Anyone ever tried to change the plugs on the 5.4L? Looks like the fuel lines are in the way.

Its not as hard as it looks. You can get to most of plugs without any problems. The only plug that might give you some problem is the one by the fuel regulator. The job is more time consuming, plan on a 4 to 5 hour job.

Suggestion:
Use Electric Grease on the tips.

If you have an air comppressor blow out the dirt that get into the spark plug holes. dont let that stuff fall into your cylinders
