Unhappy I'm back again

It seems like I've been posting a lot of problems lately but with 106,000 miles I guess its to be expected.
Whats happening now is this ungodly shudder when going to throttle at about 30mph. Feels like going over rumble strips. Shakes the whole truck. If I could figure this out ???
The truck is otherwise running great....

Auto tranny? What kind of maintenance have you done on your tranny? Possibly torque converter shudder? I'm just repeating what I remember reading in posts with problem similar, but thought I'd throw out that idea to see if we can get some other ideas flowing...

Have changed fluid per schedule including draining the Torque converter. I use synthetic atf.

From: Kansas side of the greater KC area
Change the PCV valve I read that in the trany forum seem to help someone with a simaler type problem.
