It was a dirty MAF sensor. Had me pulling my hair out.

 

that's odd for a maf to pick on one bank and not the other. it's poss you still have something going on. but hey, if the light's not on. run with it.

 

As soon as I put the clean MAF back in all the backfiring and missing stopped. It's rich now, the computer will have to re calibrate itself. It's running at about 95% and gets better everytime I drive it. Thanks for your help, Jim
