I have a 97 4.6 liter and it has a 19.4 quart capacity

 

I've misplaced my owners manual for my 97 F150 (5.4 automatic). It's time to flush my radiator. Can someone tell me the coolant capacity? Has anyone used any coolant other than Motorcraft (as recommended under the hood)? Thanks
