Unhappy F150 oil pressure/pump problems found

Last year my f150 (1995) had a bad ticking and shortly afterward I lost oil pressure. I dropped the oil pan and found the inlet screen to the oil pump clogged with hard black chunks. I figured it was crystlized sludge or burned oil. I replaced the pump, cleaned the screen and the problem went away. Last week I accelerated hard on the highway and a few miles later the tapping came back.
not long later I lost oil pressure (bottomed out). I again dropped the pan and found more ground up stuff. I also found a 1x1inch
piece(in the pan ) of what looks like part of a gasket. Very thin, black and brittle. I'm positive thats what is getting on the inlet screen.Anyone have any ideas on where or what this coud be?
The truck has 103k miles .

I know first hand that the Rangers had this problem. I've changed several motors in 93-95 Rangers due to oil pan gasket material clogging the screen. It is a very common problem that is known by Ford in the Rangers. I can onlt assume that is the same prob.

Thanks for the input, btw it was curved on on side like the corner of a gasket(90 degree). I hope that was all of it, I cant take dropping the oil pan again. Thanks again
