Have been following your posts. wanted to find out how things turned out with your piston slap and where things stand right now.
How many people have filed. I spokw with sal giampicilo but i have my own attorney and have my own lawsuit against ford. e-mail with the status of your case and how your vehicle is doing. i would appreciate it. jwwatl1@msn.com

Hello LemonFord,
I'm alive and well. I'm still being jerked around by Ford and their attorneys. At the present time, Ford is still not giving up any ground about offering new engines to us. Today (August 2, 2000), they told my attorney that Ford started to remanufacture engines themselves due to the fact that their outside vendor is doing such a horrible job on rebuilding the engines themselves. These engines are called FE-2 engines. They also come with a 12 Month/12,000 mile warranty. Needless to say, we turned them down.
Two weeks ago, we went in front of a federal judge and he told Ford's high priced attorneys to stop jerking us around and give us new engines. The judge was very annoyed that Ford was wasting time and money on these $400.00 per hour attorneys to fight us. The judge gave us two weeks to resolve the issue and as of last week, Ford had agreed to give us new 2000 engines but, at the last minute, change their minds and started to stonewall us.
So, tommorrow, we go back in front of the federal judge to help resovle this case before it becomes a certified national lawsuit. In which, a national law firm that only handles class action lawsuits will take it over. We have one standing by. So, anyone here that reads this, you still have time (Not Much) to join this lawsuit.
So, LemonFord, if you need any assistance, please let me know on this great website or you can contact my attorney again. Also, as it turns out, Ford is monitoring this very website. Believe it or not, Ford's attorneys tried to kick me off the internet. I guess that they forgot about freedom of speech. So, Ford, if you are reading this, YOU CAN KISS MY BLACK ***!!! I love the power of the internet!!!
