I have a 92 flareside with a 5.0. Anyone know of a performance cam that will work with this engine? The engine is remanufactured and want to upgrade the cam. Everything is stock except for a k&n airfilter, headers and a flowmaster exhaust. If anyone know where and what kind of cam please let me know. Thanks

 

Well, the first problem is that the computer will not allow a sizeable cam in the engine under its control. You can change to a carb or a Mass Air computer that will allow this. Instead you might consider 1.7mm roller rockers.
