Post hypertech power programmers

anybody ever use one of these power programmers on a 1997 expedition/4.6 and if so are they worth it and is there enough performance and milage change to justify it to my wife. its her truck and i am trying to same her some gas and also going to buy a 26 ft camper and would like a little extra umph to make sure it pulls good.thanx

Jeff,
I would have to say that the best bang for your buck would be to purchase a "Superchip" from Mike Troyer. All the information regarding this wonderful bit of technology can be found in the "Computer Chips" area. It will do all the improvements that you are looking for (power, shifting, mileage) all in a single package that is easy to install and remove if need be. And it is cheaper than the power programmer.
