Smile Synthetic convert

Just changed to Mobil 1 synthetic oil this weekend, and did about 1000 miles 'test driving' to see if I like the stuff. It seems to work quite well. I don't know if I noticed any extra HP's in there, but the engine seems to run much more smoothly.

Also, anybody with a '90s 302 have trouble fitting a Fumoto drain valve? The first one they sent was the wrong thread pitch. The second one is the right pitch, wrong diameter. ARGH!!! Hafta send it back AGAIN!

Watch out!!

Switching is very contagious,

Next you will be changing out the Tranny, then the rear and and transfer case and front differential.

Before you know it the whole thing will be synthetic. But that is a good thing you know
