Post Engine stumbling problems

I am need of some help guys. Lately my truck has been acting weird. The engine seems to stumble or act as if it is out of gas around 30-60mph at steady throttle. It's fine when you ease or give it a little more throttle. Also at WOT the engine sometimes pauses slightly then starts to pull hard again. My boost on my supercharger stays consistent and I have been using the same type gas I have always been using from the same store. This has been going on for about 3000 miles.
I have changed my fuel filter and cleaned my air filter recently. I also have reset my computer. Do you think it could be my fuel pump? Thanks for any ideas.

I had a similar problem years ago on a car, the problem there was a bad plug wire. This may not be the case here but I thought that I'd throw out the idea.

I think Earnhardt is on the right track. It sounds like an ignition problem, plugs or plug wires.
