Unhappy Problems w/ 4.6 slapper replacement

Just found out it was the torque converter. When they dropped in the new engine they torqued one bolt on the converter before tightening the others. This pulled it off center and eventually recentered itself at 80 miler per hour on the highway. Of course they said that this wasn't covered by the 1 year 12,000 mile on the engine. The saga WILL continue... (in court)

Mine is an FQR, which I have no real problem with.

What I do have a problem with is the fact that it knocks louder and more often than the one it replaced.

I have an appointment this week.
If there is any doubt, I feel they need to put a Romeo engine in it. I am growing very tired.
