If you all stop and think about it ,, what is this nonsense that this magazine is spreading???? Can't pull enough air.. HA the thicker rad is just that much closer to the fan allowing more vacuum as it stands. The Air gap is the same between the cores! Ford isnt sending us a radiator with no air gaps between cores LOL.. Plus can't cool .. or cools too much.. What is cooling too much . Of coarse the radiator has a better cooling potential with more square inches to allow to cool. Through my years of Racing and Teaching You can never cool too much unless your Thermostat is a junk, Clutch fan is junk, or you rad is insufficent.. I would say Yes for the most part those who actually ordered the tow package, doesnt take thier cooling system to the max ; so go cash your checks.. Me I love the bigger Rad. Lets face it more coolant means less chance for parasitic voltage between the heads and block and your coolant acting as an electrolite.. For all that don't know its all about dissimilar metals creating a voltage... Just keep the ph level checked and all will be ok.. {:o) But for those who believe everything from the so called magazine experts , beware please.
