peties3; Hi. I installed the JBAs headers on my 4.6. They fit perfect. The increase in torque and power was noticed almost right away. After opening the air box up to 4inches I noticed a real seat of the pants increace in both. so let your wallet be your guide...good luck Oldgray:...

Ya, I have JBA's. They are very nice and do provide a noticeable gain, especially in gas mileage. Installing them was a pain in the butt however they did fit perfect.

Never heard of Banks.

Any advice I can give is be sure you use high quality headers from JBA, Bassani, etc. I've found out the hard way over the past 25 years that purchases based primarily on price usually gets you into a pickle later in terms of relative ease of installation, quality, fit, finish, life-span, warranty, tech support etc...

There are a bunch of threads in the 'exhaust' forum that I used to make my decision on JBA... Take a look and see...
